Titanium spring is a kind of mechanical parts used to control the movement of parts, store energy, and measure the magnitude of force.
Because titanium has the characteristics of light weight, high specific strength, and strong corrosion resistance, titanium springs are widely used in chemical, marine engineering, automobile manufacturing and other fields. There are many types of titanium springs: tensile titanium springs, titanium compression springs, torsion titanium springs and so on. The manufacturing methods of titanium springs are roughly divided into cold-rolling methods and hot-rolling methods. The main material of titanium spring is titanium alloy wire. The diameter of titanium wire is generally less than 8mm by cold coil method, and the diameter of titanium wire is greater than 8mm by hot coil method. The heat treatment of titanium spring can be annealed and pickled according to customer requirements.
